Shipping & Returns
Sani Outlet has several products in stock but not all of course.
Products we have become mainstream delivered in 2-3 working days to your stock.
Products we must specially order a delivery which depends on our suppliers / factories. We therefore recommend always order the delivery to us to ask. To avoid any disappointments or misunderstandings.
Although we endeavor as current as possible to keep the information on our website, we can not take responsibility for any discrepancies in storage or delivery.
For all orders with delivery within Netherlands from € 10.00 to € 250.00 we charge € 10.00 shipping and handling costs.
Orders over € 250,00 we deliver within the Netherlands without shipping and handling costs.
Small parts to € 10.00, we charge € 3.50 postage and handling costs in the Netherlands
Please note we are forced € 15, payment on delivery - "cash costs" extra charge.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands but within the EU we charge for:
orders up: € 250.00, € 15.00 shipping costs
orders up: € 500.00, € 10.00 shipping costs
orders over: € 500,00 No shipping costs.
All listed shipping costs include VAT
Pay attention! We deliberately do not send ceramics and baths because of the high risk of any damage that may occur during transport.
WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL OR RETURN
The cancellation of an order as long as it has not been sent, free of charge. Cancel the order after it is shipped to you, you should refuse delivery of the package.
If Sani Outlet has already received a payment from you, we will show the purchase price, after receipt of the return, refund to you. The shipping costs will be deducted (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave unopened by the deliverer).
RETURN / cooling
You have a cooling off period of 7 working days without giving a reason to return the product, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions here are especially for you products or assembled specifically for your ordered products. The product can only be unused and will be returned in the undamaged original container. For details, see Article 10 of our terms and conditions. Would you return the entire order within 7 days of the cooling off period? Already received items should be sent back to the return address below. Sani Outlet the entire purchase price, including the shipping refund to you. The shipping costs for returning to your account. Even when returning a portion of your order, the shipping costs for your account. The purchase of you returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be made in writing to Sani Outlet. This can be done via email or by post. You at least this should include your full name and invoice number. Note: the account you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account from which you made the payment to Sani Outlet. This because of possible fraud with repayments. Any amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.

Have you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it you must follow the technological method:
- If incorrectly ordered product fulfills the return conditions described above, you can send it back and then it will be credited upon receipt.
- The right product can be ordered in the normal way through our website.
We can do so unfortunately no deductions or take bijbetaal arrangements.
